Job summary

Tire Discounters, the nation’s largest family-owned tire retailer, seeks a detail-oriented Coordinator, Company Events & Office Administration to be the first point of contact in our Home Office. You will ensure a smooth front office experience, set up rooms, manage supplies, and support event planning and logistics for internal and external gatherings.

Under the Office Manager, you will handle travel coordination, venue selection, vendor sourcing, contracts, catering, and post‑event follow-up,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven experience in event planning
• Experience coordinating logistics, including multi-day or multi-location events.
• Experience within a corporate or high-level office administration with a heavy focus on event coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordination and execution of internal and external events, including budget, venue, vendor sourcing, contracts, catering, and materials.
• Provide on-site event support, travel coordination, and post-event follow-up.
• Coordinate a diverse range of events: recognition events, conferences, store openings, and community sponsorships.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, HR, and Leadership to ensure event objectives align with brand and deliver a WOW experience.
• Maintain timelines, checklists, and playbooks for scalable, consistent execution.
• Support day-to-day facility needs and maintain office supplies and conference room readiness.
