Job summary

Tire Discounters, a family-owned tire retailer, seeks a Sales Associate or Sales Manager to be the go-to expert for auto maintenance and repair, driving sales and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

You will recommend products based on needs, drive sales growth through outreach, manage tickets, maintain store appearance, and support the shop as needed. Weekly pay and monthly store bonuses are part of the plan.

Qualifications

• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus).
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work on Saturdays.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and authorized to work in the USA (18+).

Position Overview

COMPENSATION PLAN

Pay: $40,000 - $75,000 + annually
Our Sales Team Members are paid weekly and earn monthly individual spiffs as well as participating in the monthly store bonus.
