Tire Discounters, Inc. is hiring for Sales Associate or Sales Manager to be the go-to expert for auto maintenance and repair, driving sales and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This role supports a fast-paced store environment and contributes to a WOW experience for customers and teammates.

You'll engage customers, promote teamwork, and help with shop duties as needed while upholding our family-owned values and commitment to safety and transparency.

Qualifications

• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus).
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work on Saturdays.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and authorized to work in the USA (18+).

Position Overview

Compensation Plan

Pay: $40,000 - $75,000 + annually

Our Sales Team Members are paid weekly and earn monthly individual spiffs as well as participating in the monthly store bonus.
