Qualifications

• Ability to handle unexpected challenges calmly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Handle setup and logistics: materials check and contingency planning.
• Host and facilitate the full event flow: introductions to wrap-up.
• Maintain high energy and clear instructions throughout.
• Make volunteers feel welcome, included, and confident.
• Capture impact through photos/videos, quotes, notes.
• Troubleshoot in real time and keep group calm when plans shift.
