Job summary

The Gund Company is seeking a Corporate Estimator to shape strategic growth initiatives and major customer opportunities across North America. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Manufacturing, and Operations to develop large-scale quotations, explore manufacturing strategies, and support profitable growth.

You’ll contribute your expertise to high-impact projects and meaningful business decisions, driving continuous improvement and Lean initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing estimating experience required.
• CNC setup and machining knowledge required.
• Engineering drawing interpretation skills needed.
• Strong Excel and analytical abilities preferred.
• Project management experience a plus.
• ERP system experience is desirable.
• Pricing and margin analysis expertise preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of strategic customer quotations.
• Analyze manufacturing processes and production methods.
• Evaluate cycle times, labor, material, tooling, and outside services.
• Assess manufacturing capabilities across multiple facilities.
• Conduct profitability and gross margin analysis.
• Lead win/loss reviews and estimate accuracy assessments.
• Partner with stakeholders throughout the organization.
• Support continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.
