Job summary

Lawyers on Demand, a Consilio Company, is seeking a mid-senior Corporate Entity Attorney for Memphis, TN. The role requires 5+ years in corporate entity management, with governance and compliance experience, and the ability to map corporate structures to mitigate risks.

License to practice law in Tennessee is required. This full-time on-site contract (40 hours/week) is 2–3 months, with opportunities to extend as assignments vary across large clients.

Qualifications

To join us, you will:

• Have at least 5 years of corporate entity management experience gained in an in-house or law firm role.
