Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Corporate Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Professional based in the United States (GA or TX). The role drives EHS culture, compliance, and performance across multiple manufacturing sites, partnering with corporate and site teams to implement ISO 45001/14001 aligned programs.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of industrial EHS leadership, strong regulatory knowledge, and ability to influence at all levels.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, or related field.
10+ years of EHS leadership in industrial manufacturing with proven influence.
Working knowledge of ISO 45001/14001 and environmental regulations (RCRA, DOT, CWA, TSCA, EPA).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; highly self-directed with minimal supervision.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and data tools (Tableau/Power BI).

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams to achieve Siemens’ EHS goals and initiatives.
Collaborate with Site EHS Managers and Corporate EHS to standardize and improve programs.
Develop and deliver EHS training programs (PPE, Emergency Response, Hazard Communication).
Lead or facilitate EHS incident investigations with root-cause analysis.
Support EHS audits and ISO 14001/45001 certification activities.
Monitor regulatory changes and assess business impact.
Act as liaison with regulators, legal, and internal teams.
