The Harrison Group, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Director of Human Resources to lead the HR strategy across the organization and ensure alignment with business goals.

This role oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, and HR systems across all properties. You will develop and implement HR programs, ensure regulatory compliance, drive workforce planning, and report HR metrics to the executive team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 8–12 years of progressive HR experience.
• 5+ years in senior leadership role.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferred.

About therole:

The Corporate Director of Human Resources leads and executes HR strategy across Harrison Group, ensuring alignment with business objectives, compliance, and development of a high-performing workforce. Oversees all HR functions across the organization including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, compensation and benefits, training, and HR systems across all properties.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds and travel as needed.
