Job summary

Skybound Games is seeking a Corporate Development Intern to help uncover indie and PC gaming opportunities. You will source partnerships, evaluate studios, and perform market and financial analyses to build robust business cases and support deal valuation with senior leadership.

Bonus points for experience in investment banking, M&A, financial modeling, valuation, or pursuing an MBA. You will report to the Head of Corporate Development & Special Projects and gain hands-on exposure to growth

Qualifications

• Experience in investment banking, M&A, financial modeling, valuation or pursuing an MBA is a bonus.
• Analytical mindset with curiosity and passion for games.
• Ability to support deal proposals and business cases in a corporate setting.

The Next Era Needs You: Corporate Development Intern

Skybound Games is looking for a Corporate Development Intern — the strategist who helps uncover the next great indie gaming opportunity.

You’ll source and evaluate potential partnerships, studios, and game opportunities with a focus on indie and PC gaming, conduct market and financial analysis, develop business cases, support valuation work, and help shape deal proposals alongside senior leadership. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to how game companies identify, assess, and execute growth opportunities.

If you're analytical, curious, passionate about games, and excited by the business side of the industry, this is a unique opportunity to build real-world M&A and corporate strategy experience.

Bonus points if you have experience in investment banking, M&A, financial modeling, valuation, or are pursuing an MBA (exceptional undergraduates encouraged to apply)

Job Type

Part-time (20 hrs./week), up to 10 weeks

Salary Range

$20/hour
