Job Description:

• Supporting high-impact growth initiatives within the Corporate Development team through financial modeling and strategic analysis for senior leadership.
• Building and maintaining detailed financial models and valuation analyses.
• Preparing presentations, insights, and recommendations for senior management.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external advisors, including banks, consultants, accountants, and legal counsel.
• Assisting with the evaluation, planning, and execution of new business lines and strategic transactions.
• Developing expertise in the firm, the direct lending market, and the broader asset management industry by monitoring market and industry trends.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking or corporate development at a leading investment bank or buy-side firm.
• Strong quantitative, financial modeling, and analytical capabilities.
• Prior experience in financial services and/or asset management strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated interest in corporate development and strategic initiatives.
• High intellectual curiosity with the ability to develop and execute innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable engaging with senior executives, business leaders, and external partners.
