Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Growth opportunity: Carve your own path in corporate M&A, Project Finance or PE/VC investing at a rapidly growing construction firm

• Private Equity and Venture Capital Support: Manage private investment activities including PE fund participation and VC investments in construction tech, providing financial oversight and strategic guidance to portfolio companies.
• Financial Modeling and Analysis: Develop and maintain advanced financial models such as LBO and DCF to underpin deal underwriting, investment thesis validation, and scenario planning.
• Strategic Opportunity Assessment: Assess new M&A and private investment prospects, preparing detailed presentations and recommendations to support executive decision‑making.
