Our client operates a rapidly growing network of physician practices across multiple states. The organization partners with leading providers and supports its affiliated practices with strategic guidance, operational expertise, administrative resources, and capital.

This position will report directly to the Vice President of Business Development & Strategy and work closely with the executive leadership team. What You’ll Do
  • Support the execution of acquisitions from initial opportunity screening through transaction closing.
  • Build financial models and perform valuation, operational, and deal-related analyses.

  • Work with legal counsel, lenders, and other external advisors as needed throughout the transaction process.
  • Develop detailed investment memoranda outlining the strategic and financial rationale for potential acquisitions.
  • Prepare acquisition scorecards and present key findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Assist with post-close integration planning and execution.
  • Contribute to organic growth and targeted business development initiatives.
  • Partner across departments to support operational excellence and other strategic priorities.
