• Experience advising healthcare, pharma, medical devices, and health insurance industries.
• Experience in cross-border transactions and representing public companies.
• Admitted to Florida bar.

Responsibilities

• Represent healthcare practitioners and PE firms in business transactions.
• Conduct legal research on healthcare laws and regulations.
• Advise clients on regulatory compliance including HIPAA and corporate structuring.
• Draft and negotiate various agreements and ancillary documents.
• Perform due diligence and prepare contract review charts.
• Coordinate with clients and opposing counsels.
• Lead transaction closings.
• Draft company governance documents.
• Provide general corporate consultations.
