Qualifications

• 1.5–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, investing or corporate development.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical and transaction execution skills.
• M&A or relevant transaction experience.
• Experience in power, renewables, energy, or digital infrastructure preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and execute M&A, strategic investments, and joint ventures.
• Build financial models and perform valuation and transaction analysis.
• Support due diligence, transaction structuring, and negotiations.
• Prepare investment materials and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Work closely with internal teams and external advisors throughout the transaction process.
