Amazon Inc. is seeking a Corporate Counsel for its Customer Protection and Enforcement team.

You will work at the intersection of law, investigations, and business strategy to develop enforcement approaches that stop bad actors and create safer experiences for customers and partners worldwide. This role involves coordinating investigations, advising leadership on cybercrime laws, and shaping civil enforcement strategies across multiple jurisdictions.

Competenze

• Requires 5+ years post-bar legal experience.
• Juris Doctor and active state bar admission.
• Ability to clearly present complex tech and legal concepts to executives.
• Experience investigating cybercrime and enforcing civil/criminal actions.
• Strong understanding of Internet architecture and related tech.
• Experience collaborating with outside US and international counsel.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and support investigations into fraud schemes with internal and external partners.
• Advise on civil and criminal laws related to cybercrime, fraud, and enforcement options.
• Develop and implement civil enforcement strategies including litigation, settlements, and remediation.
• Build relationships with law enforcement across countries to support prosecutions.
• Contribute to long-term strategy to combat online threats affecting customers and partners globally.
