Greystar seeks an experienced Corporate Counsel to support its credit origination business. This attorney will assist with origination, structuring, negotiation and closing of complex real estate debt transactions and coordinate with investment and corporate legal teams as well as external counsel.
The role requires strong knowledge of CRE loan documents and a track record in closing transactions, with a focus on risk assessment and collaboration across departments.

This attorney will serve as a key part of our origination and capital markets teams, supporting the origination, structuring, negotiation and closing of complex real estate debt transactions. Greystar is a global investment manager with ~$78B of AUM.

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location. Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance. Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
