Qualified candidates hold a JD and active U.S. bar membership, with 5+ years in contracts and a strong understanding of SaaS, privacy, cybersecurity, and vendor terms. Some onsite collaboration and cross-functional work are expected.

The Corporate Counsel supports a wide range of commercial contracting and related legal matters across the enterprise. This role will focus primarily on reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts, while also assisting with contract templates, contract processes, and the administration of the organization’s contract lifecycle management (CLM) system. The Corporate Counsel will work closely with the Assistant General Counsel, Contract Specialist, and internal business partners to provide timely, practical legal support and help improve contracting efficiency across the organization.
