Colliers International in the United States seeks a Corporate Counsel to provide practical legal guidance across commercial real estate service lines. You will draft, review and negotiate contracts, leases, and procurement documents, while managing risk and advising on policy matters.

You will collaborate with senior colleagues and service line leaders to ensure alignment with business goals, respond to legal inquiries, and support special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school with active State Bar membership.
• 3–8 years of legal experience, preferably in-house within CRE or related field.
• Experience drafting/negotiating commercial contracts in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong business acumen and ability to give practical client advice on risks.

You will be responsible for contract negotiation, review and drafting, risk management and general legal advice. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all national locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.****Benefits****Employees (and their families) are provided options for employer subsidized medical benefits including RX, dental, vision as well as employer paid basic life/AD&D insurance and short-term / long-term disability.
