Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
• Controller or similar accounting leadership experience.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge; multi-site and project/job-cost accounting.
• Manufacturing/industrial or field services background preferred.
• ERP experience; Epicor/Kinetic a strong plus; CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close, consolidation and financial reporting.
• Oversee multi-site, multi-currency and project/job-cost accounting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and working capital.
• Provide financial and operational analysis to leadership and PE ownership.
• Strengthen accounting processes, controls, reporting and KPIs.
• Partner with operations to improve margins and business performance.
• Lead and develop the accounting team.
• Support ERP/process improvements and future growth initiatives.
