Base pay range

$55.00/yr - $65.00/yr

This is an on-site position with an immediate need to hire a Contract Controller. The ideal candidate will oversee corporate financial reporting and JV partnership accounting while managing treasury and AP operations. This role is ideal for a seasoned accounting leader with multi-unit accounting experience and strong GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and distribute management company financial reports in accordance with GAAP and internal SOPs.
Oversee the corporate accounting, treasury, and accounts payable functions.
Manage JV partnership accounting, including distributions, cash forecasting, and investor reporting.
Coordinate external audits and tax filings for the management company and JV entities.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA strongly preferred.10+ years of multi-unit industry accounting experience, including corporate or regional roles.
Proficiency with M-3, Profit
Sword is a plus.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and advanced Excel skills required.
