Qualifications

• Active CPA or CA license with public accounting audits.
• Mastery of consolidated financial statements and tight month-end close (by day 10).
• Proven cost accounting for multi-location plants, quarries, or trucking fleets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general ledger structures, cash management, debt analysis, inter-company allocations, and auditor prep.
• Partner with President and department heads to build unit-level P&Ls, manage expenses, and identify cost inefficiencies.
• Manage receivables collection risks and coordinate tax filings and renewals.
• Lead accounting staff, mentor teams, and foster a data-driven culture.
