Job summary

SkyBridge Luxury & Associates partners with a growing hospitality group in Washington State to identify an experienced Vice President of Finance. This leader will provide strategic financial direction and oversee corporate accounting for a multi-property hospitality portfolio.

The ideal candidate brings a strong corporate accounting background in hospitality, with experience in both centralized shared-service and decentralized property-level accounting structures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience within the hospitality industry.
• Experience as Corporate Controller, Assistant Corporate Controller, Regional Controller, or similar role.
• Multi-property hospitality management company experience required.
• Experience with centralized shared-service accounting and decentralized hotel accounting operations.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls, and audit procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate accounting functions, including monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare and oversee consolidated financial statements for a multi-property hospitality portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and all financial reporting requirements.
• Manage general ledger, cash management, reconciliations, fixed assets, and corporate accounting operations.
• Partner with executive leadership to provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with property finance teams to ensure consistency and accuracy across all hotel operations.
• Support centralized and decentralized accounting environments and drive process improvements.
• Oversee annual audits, tax coordination, budgeting, forecasting, and lender reporting.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team.
• Support acquisitions, new hotel openings, and portfolio integration efforts.

This individual will provide strategic financial leadership while overseeing the organization's corporate accounting operations across a portfolio of hospitality assets.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong corporate accounting background within the hospitality industry and have experience supporting organizations that operate within both centralized shared-service accounting models and decentralized property-level accounting structures. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience within the hospitality industry.
• Previous experience as a Corporate Controller, Assistant Corporate Controller, Regional Controller, or similar executive accounting role.
• Multi-property hospitality management company experience is required.
• Demonstrated experience with both centralized shared-service accounting and decentralized hotel accounting operations.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls, and audit procedures.
• Experience with hospitality accounting systems and enterprise ERP platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with corporate leadership and property-level finance teams.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with owner/operator or third-party management companies.
• Background supporting acquisitions, portfolio expansion, or organizational growth.
• Proven success implementing accounting process improvements and scalable financial controls.
