Job summary

CFS is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead the accounting function and shape financial strategy. You will own close processes, GAAP reporting, and internal controls, while guiding budgeting, forecasting, and cross-functional financial decisions.

With 7–10+ years of accounting leadership, you’ll mentor staff, influence executive leadership, and help scale systems and processes to support strategic growth in a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required with CPA strongly preferred.
• 7–10+ years of progressive accounting experience including leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Proven ability to manage processes, people and deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, reporting, and close processes.
• Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Develop and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support leadership decisions.
• Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
