Reporting to the CFO, the Controller will oversee all accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance efforts. This role is a key partner in driving financial strategy, risk management, and operational efficiency.

The Controller will lead a high-performing accounting team and will be responsible for implementing robust financial controls, supporting strategic planning, investor relations, and growth initiatives—ensuring transparency, integrity, and excellence across the organization.

Requirements:

• CPA with a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
• 10+ years of progressive experience, including leadership roles
• Background in public companies or Big 4 preferred
• Experience leading accounting teams in a mid-sized organization ($50M-$100M revenue)
