Are you a seasoned Real Estate Concierge with deep knowledge of client support, high-touch service delivery, and coordination across real estate transactions? Mercor is working with top-tier AI research labs to develop advanced AI models—and we’re looking for professionals like you to contribute your expertise.

In this fully remote, flexible role, you’ll help train and evaluate AI systems by designing realistic concierge scenarios, luxury property workflows, and client-facing interactions that reflect the high standards of premium real estate services.

What We’re Looking For:

We're seeking experienced Real Estate Concierge professionals with:

• 4+ years of full-time experience in real estate concierge services, high-end property support, or client relationship coordination
• Direct involvement in transaction support, vendor scheduling, client onboarding, property showings, and personalized service delivery
• Experience working closely with agents, brokers, clients, and service providers to ensure smooth transactions and exceptional client satisfaction
• Familiarity with real estate CRMs, scheduling tools, and communication platforms used in premium real estate settings

What You’ll Do:

• Create realistic service scenarios such as coordinating private showings, managing closing preparations, or arranging post-sale services for clients
• Design prompts that simulate tasks like scheduling tours, preparing client updates, managing luxury vendor lists, or assisting with relocation services
• Help AI researchers understand concierge-specific workflows, customer service standards, and luxury client expectations
• Evaluate AI-generated content to ensure accuracy, tone, professionalism, and alignment with high-touch real estate service standards
