If this resonates with you, we are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Corporate Communications Professional to join our global marketing and communication teams. The position is flexible in the UK, USA, Singapore, or South Africa.

Job Summary

As a Corporate Communications Professional, you will support our organization’s success by managing internal and external communications activities. You will collaborate with local markets, sales teams, and other key departments to identify key publicity topics.

Your responsibilities include content creation for internal and external channels, focusing on digital platforms such as social media, company websites, blogs, and eNewsletters. You will promote intranet usage across the company and monitor engagement using tools like Google Analytics. Additionally, you will assist local markets in building relationships with trade journalists and managing media inquiries, advertorials, and related materials.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a global communications strategy that aligns with company objectives and enhances brand presence.
  2. Foster internal engagement through innovative communication initiatives to promote open collaboration.
  3. Manage external communications, including social media, public relations, and media relations, ensuring consistent messaging.
  4. Create compelling content for press releases, social media, newsletters, and other corporate communications.
  5. Act as the primary contact for crisis communications, ensuring timely and effective responses.
  6. Monitor and analyze communication metrics to evaluate strategy effectiveness and inform improvements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a global communications role.
  • Proven success in developing and executing communication strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and PR practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
