This role involves developing and executing marketing and communications programs for designated client departments, ensuring alignment with corporate branding and strategic goals. It includes serving as a liaison to internal and external resources, such as advertising and video agencies, to conceptualize and deliver effective communication materials. The position manages communications planning, including editorial and social media calendars, and leads the organization's social media strategy and media relations efforts. It also oversees the creation and deployment of press releases and promotional content, ensuring consistency in brand messaging, grammar, and visual standards across all materials.
The salary range displayed represents the national base salary range for this position and is provided in good faith to support pay transparency. For positions located in designated higher-cost labor markets, a geographic pay adjustment may apply above the posted range for eligible positions according to LifeNet Health's current policy. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as work location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. Total compensation may also include bonuses, benefits, and other rewards that are not reflected in the posted salary range.
