Qualifications

Job Purpose:The Corporate Client Services-Event Specialist at Cescaphe Event Group is responsible for orchestrating and managing client events with exceptional attention to detail and a focus on client development. This role aims to enhance client relationships, ensure seamless event execution, and contribute to the overall growth and reputation of the company.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with corporate clients to understand their event objectives and requirements, ensuring their vision is realized.Plan, coordinate, and execute events from inception to completion, including venue selection, logistics, and vendor management.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a liaison between them and the various departments within Cescaphe Event Group.Monitor event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality standards.Lead event debriefs to capture feedback and identify areas for improvement, contributing to the continuous enhancement of client services.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions and recommendations to clients.Work closely with marketing and sales teams to identify opportunities for client development and engagement.Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as legal regulations related to event management.Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.Required Education:Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Business Administration, or a related field.Required Experience:Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning or corporate client services.Proven track record of managing and executing corporate events from conception to completion.Experience working with high-profile clients and managing client relationships.Familiarity with event management software and tools.Required Skills and Abilities:Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, vendors, and team members.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software.Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with vendors and suppliers.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
