Work on Events the World Talks About

At Arena, we turn bold ideas into unforgettable experiences. Our teams design, build, and deliver world‑class event spaces for global names like Formula 1, the Ryder Cup, and the PGA Tour — and we do it on some of the biggest stages in the world.

With projects across the US, UK, Middle East, and Asia, you’ll gain hands‑on experience, work with industry experts, and see your work come to life in real time. If you’re looking for a fast‑paced environment, real responsibility, and the chance to be part of something exciting from day one, Arena is the place to grow your career.

You’ll Love This Role
  • You're the reason people walk in every morning and think, \"This place looks great\" — and that's not a small thing, it's the first impression for every employee, client, and visitor
  • Real ownership from day one: you run your own routine, set the standard, and take pride in results that speak for themselves — no one hovering over your shoulder
  • Variety built into every shift — workstations, restrooms, break rooms, lobbies, and glass — so no two hours look exactly alike
  • A role where reliability is celebrated, not overlooked: the whole team knows and appreciates who keeps the office running clean
  • A company that promotes from within and rewards people who take ownership and sweat the details
How You’ll Support the Structure
  • Keep our corporate office spotless and welcoming — workstations, conference rooms, hallways, lobbies, and entryways that reflect the pride we take in our work
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms daily and keep them fully stocked with paper products, soap, and supplies
  • Vacuum carpets, rugs, and mats; sweep, mop, and spot‑clean hard‑surface floors throughout the building
  • Refresh break rooms and kitchen areas — counters, sinks, tables, appliance exteriors, and high‑touch spots like door handles, light switches, and railings
  • Empty trash and recycling throughout the office, replace liners, and get waste to the designated dumpsters
  • Keep interior glass, doors, and reception areas sharp and presentable for employees and visitors
  • Own the supply closet — track cleaning inventory, flag the Facilities Manager when we're running low, and keep equipment clean and organized
  • Be our eyes and ears — report spills, safety hazards, maintenance issues, and damaged fixtures right away, and follow all safety and product‑handling guidelines
The Foundation You Already Have

We're looking for a dependable, detail-driven pro who takes pride in a job well done and notices what needs attention before anyone has to ask.

  • 1+ year of commercial, office, or janitorial cleaning experience (high school diploma or equivalent preferred)
  • Working knowledge of standard cleaning methods, chemicals, and equipment — vacuums, mops, and floor-care tools — and the ability to safely follow product labels and instructions
  • A self-starter who works independently, manages time well, and knocks out a daily cleaning routine with minimal supervision
  • Reliable and punctual with a consistent attendance record — the team counts on you being here every day
  • Friendly, professional, and respectful of coworkers' workspaces, confidentiality, and personal property
  • Comfortable being on your feet for most of the shift, with frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching, and able to regularly lift up to 30 pounds (occasionally up to 50)
Bonus Points If You Have These
  • Familiarity with OSHA safety practices, safety data sheets (SDS), and proper chemical handling and storage
  • Experience caring for a corporate office or similar professional environment where first impressions matter
