Job Description

The Corporate Chef is responsible for leading in-house events (Inspires, Taste Of Alto-Shaam, industry trainings & R&D) and in-field events when needed to support Sales or Culinary. Will support our rep territories and chain activity with equipment training and demonstrations.

The ideal candidate for a Corporate Chef would be able to do the following:

• Support Global Internal/External Sales Departments
• Proficient in all Executive Sous Chef duties
• Communicate professionally and timely with customers regarding questions or product information via multiple channels
• Lead demonstrations, participate in trade shows, and support national account calls with a Corporate Executive Chef
• Provide on-site consultation with customers and sales reps to offer culinary expertise, enhance confidence, and recommend equipment solutions
• Demonstrate equipment capabilities at trade shows and educate about product features and benefits

Support Marketing Department

• Maintain relationships with the culinary community via social media and generate business leads
• Create online media content aimed at end users
• Collaborate on content creation using company equipment and tutorials

Support Product Management, Engineering, and Inside Sales Departments

• Provide training and improve understanding of products and their applications

Qualifications

• Culinary/ServSafe degree and at least 4 years of kitchen experience, including leadership roles
• Ability to work under pressure, take direction, and communicate effectively
• Multitasking skills and problem-solving ability
• Knowledge of sales processes and industry presence
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Flexible and capable of training others in a high-stakes environment
