Schell Bray PLLC seeks an experienced Corporate & Business Attorney to join its Greensboro/ Chapel Hill practice. You will handle broad transactional matters and work closely with partners to own client matters from start to finish.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in corporate law, strong governance and contract experience, and NC Bar eligibility. Opportunity to collaborate across the firm and grow client relationships within a supportive, balanced culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate or business law with transactional focus.
• Experience in entity formation, governance, and commercial transactions.
• Ability to manage sophisticated matters and client relationships.
• Active membership in the North Carolina Bar or ability to obtain licensure.
• Regular presence in Greensboro or Chapel Hill offices.

Responsabilités

• Advise businesses on corporate governance, transactional, and general business matters.
• Manage client matters and transactions with partners and other attorneys.
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements and other business documents.
• Serve as trusted advisor on corporate and business considerations.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to grow the firm’s practice.
• Collaborate with attorneys across the firm on related matters including commercial real estate and tax issues.
