Offit Kurman seeks a New York–barred corporate attorney to join our New York office. This role focuses on serving as a trusted day‑to‑day advisor to businesses rather than solely on traditional M&A transactions.

You will review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts; advise on corporate governance matters; handle general corporate transactions; assist with entity formation; and support growth‑oriented owner‑managed companies as outside general counsel.

Qualifications

• Approximately five or more years of corporate experience.
• Admission to the New York Bar is required.
• Strong drafting, sound judgment, and the ability to work directly with clients are essential.

We are looking for an attorney with approximately five or more years of corporate experience, though candidates with additional experience are welcome. Admission to the New York Bar is required. Strong drafting skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work directly with clients are essential.

Compensation

Compensation will range from $175,000 to $250,000. Bonuses are available.
