Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in emerging growth and venture capital.
• Juris Doctor (JD) required; Bar admission.
• Experience with M&A due diligence and preferred stock/SAFE financings.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with partners, clients, and staff.
• Produce deliverables and respond to correspondence efficiently.
• Analyze complex legal issues and apply legal principles.
• Mentor and supervise junior lawyers and staff.
• Travel for client meetings and business development.
