Gaude Solutions is seeking a Corporate Attorney to support the company with legal and business matters. We welcome experienced attorneys as well as newer attorneys looking to build their corporate legal experience.

Attorneys from different legal practice areas are encouraged to apply. What You'll Do: Review and prepare contracts, provide general legal guidance, help with policies and compliance, research questions, and collaborate with management across departments.

Qualifications

• Law degree and valid license to practice law.
