Gaude Solutions is seeking a Corporate Attorney to support the company with legal and business matters. We welcome experienced attorneys as well as newer attorneys looking to build corporate legal experience.

Responsibilities include reviewing contracts, giving guidance on company matters, and ensuring policies and compliance. Licensing to practice law is required, and corporate experience is helpful but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• JD or equivalent degree required.
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Corporate law experience is helpful but not required.
