Job summary

Gaude Solutions is seeking a Corporate Attorney to support the company with legal and business matters, welcoming both experienced attorneys and newer professionals looking to build corporate experience. Attorneys from different legal practice areas are encouraged to apply.

You will review and prepare contracts, provide general legal guidance on company matters, help with policies and compliance, conduct legal research when needed, work with management and other departments, maintain organized

Qualifications

• Must have a law degree and license to practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable handling documents and using a computer.
• Corporate law experience is helpful but not required.
• Open to attorneys from different areas of law.
• Willing to learn and work across business law areas.
