Job summary

Gaude Solutions is seeking a Corporate Attorney to advise on contracts, compliance, and business matters. We welcome both experienced attorneys and those new to corporate law who want to grow.

You will review documents, support policy development, work cross-functionally with management, and maintain organized records. A law degree and bar license are required; corporate experience is a plus but not required.
