Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a full-time corporate attorney with seven or more years of corporate law experience to join our Seattle, WA or Vancouver, WA office. The candidate will support a range of corporate matters, including entity formation, M&A, securities, and financing transactions.

This role requires a JD from an accredited law school and admission or eligibility for the Washington State Bar. Some portable book of business and client development success are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years of corporate legal experience required.
• Experience in at least one key industry sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support entity formation for private companies, LLCs, and joint ventures.
• Manage mergers & acquisitions, securities, and financing transactions.
• Conduct due diligence and draft commercial contracts.
• Handle private placements and credit agreements.
• Work on large and small M&A transactions.
• Maintain strong client relationships and coordinate across offices and practice groups.
