Job summary

A growing Wilmington law firm is looking to add a Corporate Attorney to its Business, Tax Planning & Transactions group. This is a growth hire, driven by increasing demand from local and national business clients.

The attorney will work closely with closely held businesses, family-owned companies, professional practices, and entrepreneurs on M&A, entity formation, governance, tax planning, succession planning and general corporate counseling and transactions.
