Base Salary: $170,000 - $210,000, depending on experience, plus bonus and benefits

The Firm:

A highly respected national law firm is seeking an experienced Business Litigation Associate to join its Wilmington practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for a business litigator with at least three years of experience to join an established litigation team and work on sophisticated matters for a diverse client base.

The successful candidate will have strong commercial litigation experience, with additional exposure to areas such as employment, professional liability or defense litigation being particularly relevant.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of litigation experience
• Strong background in business and commercial litigation
• Experience handling matters through discovery, motion practice, mediation and other stages of litigation
• Exposure to employment, professional liability and/or defense litigation is a plus
• Strong legal research, writing and analytical skills
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
• Delaware bar admission required
• Ability to manage matters effectively while working collaboratively with colleagues and clients
• Comfortable working toward a 1,900 billable-hour target
• Competitive base salary of $170,000 - $210,000, depending on experience
