A growing corporate and commercial law practice is seeking an experienced Commercial Attorney with 8+ years of general corporate, commercial, and M&A experience to join its team.
The ideal candidate is an established attorney with an entrepreneurial mindset who either has an existing book of business to bring to the practice or is ready to step into a junior-partner-level role with the opportunity to build and expand a long-term practice.
The successful candidate will have significant experience advising businesses on corporate and commercial matters, including serving as outside general counsel. This opportunity provides experienced attorneys with flexibility, autonomy, and a collaborative environment in which to develop and grow their practice.
This is a hybrid position requiring three days per week in the Minnesota office.

The firm’s expected base salary range for this position is $278,000, with actual compensation dependent upon the candidate’s experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications.
Candidates with an established book of business or those joining at the junior-partner level may be considered for individualized and negotiable compensation arrangements
