Job Title: Mid-Level Corporate Attorney

A law firm in Chicago, IL, is seeking a mid-level Corporate Attorney with 4-8 years of experience to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate and transactional law, including entity formation, governance, mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions.

Responsibilities:

1. Draft, review, and negotiate various corporate and transactional documents, such as supply agreements, purchase agreements, compliance documents, and M&A documents.
2. Advise clients on entity formation, corporate governance, and operational matters.
3. Lead negotiations for business transactions, offering strategic advice and practical solutions.
4. Develop and maintain client relationships and identify opportunities for business development.
5. Collaborate with colleagues on complex corporate matters.
6. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
7. Manage multiple cases or transactions efficiently, ensuring timely completion.

Minimum Requirements:

• 4-8 years of experience in corporate law, focusing on transactional and business law.
