Our client, a mid-size, Chicago-based, nationally-regarded, full-service law firm seeks a mid-level associate to join its Chambers ranked Corporate and Securities practice group.

Requirements

• 3 or more years of ’33 and ’34 act expertise including regulatory filings and SEC research experience.
• Minimum 3 years securities experience in a sophisticated law firm setting or with the SEC.
• General experience with M&A, corporate finance and governance and commercial agreements is also preferred.
• Excellent academic credentials from a top law school.

The successful candidate will participate in the representation of public company clients in connection with their periodic reporting requirements and assist companies with both public and private offerings of debt and equity securities.
