Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• 2–4 years of experience handling corporate/commercial matters.
• Experience with M&A, private equity, joint ventures, governance and partnership issues.
• New York Bar admission required.
• Excellent academic credentials and law firm experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle general corporate/commercial matters and M&A transactions.
• Support private equity investments, equity investments, and joint ventures.
• Address corporate governance and partnership issues for clients.
• Knowledge of securities law and technology is a plus.
