  • Coordinate transaction timelines and deliverables with clients, colleagues, opposing counsel, and other deal participants.
  • Assist with due diligence, deal organization, and closing processes.
  • Communicate regularly with clients and counsel regarding transaction status, document revisions, and open issues.
  • Manage multiple transactions and competing deadlines in a fast-paced practice environment.
  • Support the broader Corporate/M&A team on complex business transactions and general corporate matters.

Job Details

We are seeking a mid-level Corporate Associate to join a busy Corporate/M&A practice. The ideal candidate will have 6–8 years of experience handling mergers and acquisitions and related corporate transactional matters.

This attorney will work on a variety of private company transactions and will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, revising, and negotiating key transaction documents. The role will also involve coordinating with clients, opposing counsel, internal attorneys, and other transaction participants to keep deals moving efficiently and ensure deadlines are met.

This position is best suited for an attorney who enjoys deal work, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and is comfortable balancing multiple matters at once. The firm is looking for someone with strong drafting and negotiation skills, excellent communication, and the ability to build trust with clients and colleagues.
