Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school.
Bar admission in good standing in the jurisdiction of the office location, or eligibility to waive in.
2–3 years of relevant corporate law, M&A, and commercial transactions experience.

Responsibilities

Support corporate team in general corporate and commercial law matters.
Draft, review, and revise Shareholder and Operating agreements, M&A documents, and commercial contracts.
Advise clients on a broad spectrum of corporate issues.
Conduct legal research on corporate and transactional matters.
Evaluate compliance of business practices with regulatory and ethical standards.
Collaborate with attorneys across departments to deliver integrated client solutions.
