Responsibilities

• Advise and represent clients in the formation of business entities and general business matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to corporate transactions.
• Support mergers and acquisitions practice, including due diligence and transactional documents.
• Negotiate and draft commercial contracts and assist with corporate compliance matters.
• Stay informed on changes in laws affecting business clients, particularly in New York.
• Develop strategies for risk management and compliance protocols.
• Foster and maintain client relationships, ensuring tailored legal assistance.
