The successful candidate will draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements across biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, and software sectors, collaborating with scientists and executives to align legal and business objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts for life sciences and technology clients.
• Knowledge of intellectual property law including patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and copyrights.
• Understanding of software licensing, SaaS, and technology transactions.
• Familiarity with data privacy issues in technology agreements and AI applications.
• Experience with clients in life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, digital health, and medical device industries.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including R&D, clinical trial, and manufacturing agreements.
