Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on U.S. and international mergers and acquisitions.
• Provide guidance on capital markets and securities law matters.
• Draft corporate transaction documents, such as acquisition and merger agreements.
• Prepare and review capital markets documents, including SEC filings.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda on corporate law issues.
• Advise on governance matters and best practices for directors and officers.
• Maintain corporate books and records.

Strong understanding of corporate law and securities regulations

Excellent drafting and negotiation skills

Education
