Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a part-time Corporate Associate Attorney in San Diego, CA to support a growing M&A and corporate practice across diverse industries. You will work with experienced practitioners on sophisticated national matters and contribute to transaction teams.

The role requires 3+ years in corporate/M&A, CA Bar admission, and strong analytical and writing abilities. A hybrid/onsite setup is available, with on-site presence required at least two days weekly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial and/or M&A transactions.
• Admitted to the California State Bar.
• Strong academic background from law school.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Available to work onsite at least two days per week.
